We ship to all corners of the planet with exception of the few countries which have international trade embargoes imposed upon them. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending upon where you reside. All shipping rates are in USD. Based upon our past experience orders which are sent through the Post to Italy, Spain, France or Brazil can add weeks to delivery times due to extremely slow customs inspection. One way to get around this is to use FEDEX, the cost is higher of course but it becomes a few days for delivery instead of many weeks.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, a business day or two at most. However, depending on stock there could be a slightly longer delay. If so we will notify you via email with a projected shipping date. All of our products ship from Toronto, Canada. Normally we ship Express Post to Canada, and FEDEX Ground to the USA. Delivery times will vary depending upon the destination. Normally 1 to 3 days for Canada, 2 to 6 days for the United States. Our products qualify to enter the US and Mexico under NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement. This agreement allows for the free movement of qualifying goods between Canada, Mexico and the United States. Canada has trade agreements with other countries as well in South America and overseas

As for other parts of the world the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia shipping times can vary a huge amount, normally 7 to 10 business days but we have seen much longer and shorter. NOTE: France, Italy and Brazil have extremely long customs clearance which can take up to 4 weeks if your package is sent Airmail. Please be patient. We have no control over these times once your order leaves our office. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges required for our products to enter your country. Other shipping options such as FEDEX , UPS, etc. are available if quicker delivery is required however the costs rise drastically, in this case please contact us.


Our office is located in Toronto Canada, because of this we observe Canadian legal holidays. Generally if a legal holiday falls on a weekend then the following Monday is normally a day off with family. Both the Canadian Post Office and FEDEX are closed on the following dates as is our office.

We will provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping for 30 days from the date of purchase provided the products are unopened or if the products are defective. If however the products have been opened and are in proper working order we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee to cover our costs of returned goods. Opened products cannot be re-sold as new and therefore must be reconditioned and discounted hence the re-stocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product to us unless the product is defective. PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us prior to returning any products to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any shipments without this number clearly visible on the returned packaging.
